Route & Legs

Attach a route in the maker, then publish. Legs are the drives between tracks — each runs from one drag strip to the next, and they're how a multi-day event is shown per-day on the big-screen display. A checkpoint is treated as a track (a strip, not a photo stop) automatically when its name contains a strip keyword: raceway, dragway, drag strip, motorsport, motorplex, speedway, speed world, drag park.

Drives the automatic map refresh 7 days before the event — not shown to drivers. Leave blank and the corridor won't auto-refresh. The free-text Dates field above is what racers see; this is separate and machine-readable.

Route id (this event's identity)

The route's GPX (checkpoints, line, start/finish) is authored in the maker. This event is keyed by its route id — SOS, vendors and branding all attach to it. Changing the id re-keys everything and breaks any existing link/QR code to the old id (one-way).

Info link (optional)

An https link to your own page — day schedule, tech/gate times, house rules, or registration. Drivers see an “Event info” button in the route app that opens it. Leave blank to hide it.

Vendor applications — let vendors apply for a pin on this route themselves

Off unless you turn it on. Normally you add vendor pins yourself under Vendors in the sidebar — those go live immediately, no review. Turn this on and any signed-in racer or shop can submit a pin to this event from their account page; those arrive as pending and you approve or deny each one. Turning it back off stops new applications and freezes existing applicants out of editing their pins; your own pins and moderation are unaffected. Saved with “Save details”.

Arrival card — let drivers make a branded photo card at each checkpoint

On-device only — the driver's photo is never uploaded. Uses your white-label branding. Saved with “Save details”.

Racer reports

Let racers warn each other about what's on the road between tracks. Reports are anonymous to other drivers, expire after 30 minutes, and any signed-in racer can confirm or clear one. Off on demo routes. Saved with “Save details”.

Police reports are off unless you turn them on, and they never appear on the big screen even when enabled — a venue display is a public broadcast, not a racer's phone. Turning a type off hides its existing pins immediately.

Card artwork (optional)

Two ways to make the card yours, and you can use either or neither. Upload a full frame per shape and the driver still picks 1:1 / 4:5 / 9:16 — a shape you skip just uses the standard card. Or upload only a logo, which replaces the DRAGDURO wordmark on the card and nothing else in the app. All PNG, ≤3 MB, saved immediately. A frame covers the whole card, so on a shape that has one the logo doesn't show — it appears on the shapes you left standard.

How abuse gets stopped

Four layers, and a human only enters at the last one. The clock expires everything in 30 minutes. The field clears a bad report with two “gone” votes — and the racers driving past it are the ones who know. The counters below each report show whether this is one bad pin or a pattern. Restrict is the last resort.

Restricting also blocks their SOS. A restriction is one capability set — vendor pins, raising an SOS, seeing another racer's contact details, and reports — so restricting a report spammer takes away their ability to call for help too. Worth being sure.

Restrictions

Stop an abusive account from the vendor, SOS and report surfaces — without touching the rest of the app. A restricted user keeps full driver access (route, map, checkpoints, seeing SOS pins and reports). They only lose four things: submitting vendor pins, raising their own SOS, viewing another racer's SOS contact details, and posting or acting on racer reports.

User oversight

Every account that has signed in, with its SOS + report abuse tallies and the org(s) it belongs to + role. A high tally on one account can flag misuse of the emergency feature — restrict from here. Org tags reflect each member's most recent sign-in (memberships are resolved at login, never stored as email), so an account added or removed since it last opened the app updates the next time it signs in.

It is billed on an empty calendar, is caused by no promoter and is shared by all of them, so it is not part of the marginal figure. Include it only when the question is about the platform rather than about this promoter.

Poll cadence

The same six rates you set per organization, in seconds. Every one must be a whole multiple of the SOS rate — the driver app wakes once per SOS tick and does all its polling there.
